Nana's House Child Care Center, Inc.
The Proposed Charter School Process
In order to professionally close the gap between developmental advancements and to better expand our commitment to early childhood education, Nana’s House Childcare Center Inc. has decided to follow through with NAEYC Accreditation in the hopes of becoming the first open-to-public institution in Sullivan County to be accredited.
Along with this, Nana’s House Childcare Center Inc. is highly engaged in the pursuit of applying to the New York State Department of Education Charter School process for its Preschool educational system. This letter is to inform on our behalf that Fallsburg School District and Monticello School District will be opportune to welcoming our center as part of their school district if our application is accepted. The name that is Nana’s House Childcare Center Inc. will hope to include the name Nana’s House Preschool Academy or (NHPSA) in representation of its efforts to provide well-articulated and advanced education and other endeavors for early childhood-preschool and the surrounding community.
Nana’s House Childcare Center Inc. fully articulates and acts towards the necessity of connecting the local surrounding community to our cooperative and assistive facility. Mindfully created events are specifically designed to target and include children and families in order to distinguish and represent the Nana’s House name, in its quest, goal, and promise to assist in development through activities and experience. To specify, Nana’s House Preschool Academy will continue to offer sponsorship and volunteerism to other community related events as giving back to the community and continuing on involvement including the staff only expands the experience and knowledge necessary for a successful community and education center.
Nana’s House Childcare Center Inc. also takes enormous pride in the offering of scholarship opportunities to reach those in the community in need of educational assistance. This process envelopes the center’s opportunity to diversify and encourage children attending the center, and allows economically challenged families to enrich their children with a quality based curriculum. Fallsburg Central School District being the most diverse school district in Sullivan County and Monticello Central School District having a one of the lowest Student-Teacher ratios according to Public School Review, this only enlightens the implementation goals between our center and the community, and to better expand these ideals into the possibly of charter school.
